This charming little frog wears a frilly orange dress and holds a bouquet of blue flowers, in this Victorian illustrated decoupage brooch by “Designs from the Deep”, circa 1990s.
The well-dressed anthropomorphic amphibian is unsigned and based on a Victorian illustration of the period. It consists of a composite base with decoupage surface, and trimmed with a hint of sparkles and luminescent round and star shaped cabs.
It measures approximately 1&3/4 inches wide at its widest point by 2&5/8 inches high, has an adhesive pinback, and weighs 11.2 grams.
