Vintage 50s Barbizon Dress Slip Black Taffeta Lingerie S

So lovely and sleek is this vintage black taffeta full dress slip with sweetheart neckline and lace trim by Barbizon, circa 1950s.

The elegant slip consists of ‘taffreda’ or a nylon and poly blend, and also features a fitted bust with seamed bodice, adjustable shoulder straps with metal slides, yoked waist, hidden side zipper as shown, and slim line skirt. 

It has a pale embroidered label for “Barbizon”, “Ariel”, “Taffreda”, and a size of “12”.

Very good condition – clean and intact.

Remember – vintage sizes differ from contemporary sizes, so please note measurements as follows and be sure to allow for ease.

Bust – 34 inches 
Waist – 28 inches 
Hips – 36 inches 
Length – 36 inches (Top of bodice to hem.  Shoulder straps will add another 3 to 5 inches.)
