Here is a vintage Mexican Oaxacan artisanal fetish necklace, featuring small hand made birds of black clay or “barro negro” of the region, dotted with white ceramic accent beads.
Each individual clay bird bead is hand made and fired, and strung on red cotton cording.
The necklace has several white accent beads, has no closure, and measures approximately 32 inches around.
