Vintage Fred Harvey Sterling & Royston Turquoise Cuff Bracelet Dog Motif
A fine Nevada Royston turquoise stone with Southwestern designs and dog or horse motif, are featured are this vintage Fred Harvey sterling silver cuff bracelet, circa 1930s.
The antique hand wrought Navajo made bracelet consists of unmarked coin or sterling silver, bezel set with a Royston turquoise gemstone, which has a warm sea green color and caramel brown matrix.
It also features a Harvey trademark of two silver dogs (which are actually horses) applied to the surface of the bracelet, one facing up and the other facing down, so that the bracelet can be worn in any direction – and also stamped with Native American symbols including arrows, rain clouds, the sun, and thunderbirds.
The cuff measures approximately 5&3/4 inches along the inside with a ¾ inch gap, for a total circumference of 6&1/2 inches, and weighs 30.8 grams.
