Vintage Miriam Haskell Green Art Glass Beaded Locket Necklace

Ideal for holding photos or even small momentos, is this vintage locket necklace with filigree design and art glass beads by Miriam Haskell, circa 1950s/60s.

The elegant necklace has the traditional Russian gold plating, along with a high dimensional filigree locket trimmed with peridot green colored beads, which are wired into a place to make up a floral design.

The locket itself is round in shape with small clear plastic covers within to contain the photos – while the clasp contains a locking tongue and groove closure, and is also adorned with a green art glass bead, surrounded by faceted goldtoned beadwork.

It measures approximately 1&1/2 inches round, while the wheat style chain link necklace measures approximately 18 inches around, weighs 23.2 grams in total, and is signed “Miriam Haskell” within an oval cartouche, behind the clasp.
