Make a statement in this sleek modernist style sterling silver collar or neck ring by Taxco silversmith Josefina Zagal, with bold sculptural lines and asymmetrical design.
The vintage abstract necklace is solid in weight, and comprised of hand wrought sterling silver which is hinged in back, and consists of a split fringed tail or terminal overlapping the geometric shape at center.
The collar also has a hinged joint in back, and approximate inside circumference of 15&1/2 inches around.
It is signed “Zagal” and “Tasco” within a logo cartouche, along with “Mexico” and ”925”, and weighs well over 100 grams, which is the maximum weight of my scale.
