Vintage 20s Amethyst Girandole Drop Necklace Bohemian Czech

Antique openwork chainwork and glass stones of purple amethyst are featured on this vintage girandole style Bohemian Czech necklace, circa 1910-20.

The Nouveau style Gablonz/Jablonec made necklace consists of a antiqued gold over brass, with decorative filigree style chains and center pendant bezel set with a faceted amethyst glass and three amethyst glass drops.

*Please note – there is some verdigris in different areas as shown (see last pic).  It does not affect appearance or wearability but should be noted.

Otherwise the necklace is in good condition, has a knobless spring ring clasp and measures approximately 16 inches around.

The pendant portion hangs approximately 2&1/4 inches and the total weight is 31.9 grams.
