Vintage Van Dell Brooch Carved Red Rose Flower & Jade Pin

So vivid in color and finely carved is this vintage red rose flower brooch by Van Dell, featuring a red open flower rose and carved jade leaves, circa 1960s. 

The well crafted flower brooch is in the form of a single rose flower stem, and carved from either a tinted ivory or bone in a vibrant cranberry color, set on a 12K gold filled stem flanked by three green carved leaves of genuine jade.

The elegant pin measures approximately 13/16 of an inch for the flower head, and measures 2 inches in length. It weighs 7.0 grams and is signed “Van Dell”, “1/20 12K GF”.
