So elegant and sculptural looking is this vintage moonglow lucite anthurium flower brooch with shimmering aurora borealis rhinestones, circa 1950s.
The floral brooch consists of pearlized a.k.a. moonglow lucite, and is in the form of a white tropical anthurium flower and leaf, in colors of cream, yellow and green, with a curling stamen and trim of small AB rhinestones along the flower’s edge.
It has an embedded metal pinback, and measures approximately 2&1/8 inches wide by 3 inches high at its highest point, and weighs 16.8 grams.
