At Metro Retro Vintage we believe in quality items, secure packing, prompt shipping, and good customer service.  We are located in New York state.

Shipping & Costs

• Shipping costs are automatically calculated by weight and location.
• All major credit cards and PayPal are accepted.
• Shipments are made worldwide, three times a week, via USPS First Class and Priority Mail.  

* Overseas/International Orders

• **NOTE** – Due to Customs and other mail delays, overseas shipments can take from 8 to 12 weeks for delivery.  Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
  

• UPDATE – New tariffs and other additional fees are in effect for 2025.  These costs vary by country, and may affect your total purchase price. 
  

  Please check the following Online Tariff Calculator for an estimate of these charges, or search on google for all applicable import fees for your region/country.

  Buyers are responsible for any and all customs fees, tariffs and other duties that may be imposed and collected by their region/country. 

• All items ship via First Class Mail International with third party insurance.
  
  
• Due to packaging laws (e.g. VerpackG), GPSR, and other licensing requirements, we are no longer able to sell to the E.U.

 

Taxes

• No U.S. taxes are charged on purchases.

 

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of vintage items, all sales are final.  

However, we are always happy to help you determine fit prior to your purchase, and provide additional measurements and/or other information as needed.
