This well sized sterling silver biomorphic combination brooch and pendant features a large malachite gemstone at its center, and is artisan signed, circa 1970s.
The handsome brooch is hand wrought from sterling silver with abstract amoebic like pattern, decorative bail, and bezel set with a rich green banded malachite stone which measures over 20mm in size.
The pendant brooch itself, measures approximately 2 inches wide at its widest point, and hangs just under 3 inches in length, including bail.
It also has a pinback, weighs 38.3 grams, and is marked “St. Silv” with a stylized signature stamp that is either “EW”or if rotated around, “M” with a backwards “E”.
