70s Zuni Cuff Bracelet Indian Sterling Silver & Pink Shell Native American - Signed
So finely crafted and large in size is this striking vintage Zuni made cuff bracelet of sterling silver inlaid with a large oval cab of pink mother of pearl shells and signed by the artist, circa 1970s.
The handsome Southwestern Indian bracelet consists of hand wrought heavy gauge sterling silver wire with doubled shank, and bezel set with creamy pastel pink mother of pearl shell panels.
The shell face is oval in shape and measures 15/16 of an inch wide by a generous 2&1/16 inches in length, while the band portion measures 6 inches end to end, with a 1 inch open gap in between.
The back of the bracelet is marked “925” and has a small unknown maker’s mark of what appears to be a circular swirl, and weighs a total of 39.7 grams.
