An undulating koi fish or fancy goldfish with rhinestone trim, makes up this vintage pot metal brooch, based on Marcel Boucher’s fish pin, circa 1930s.
The well cast unmarked brooch consists of a gray toned alloy metal, in the form of a three-dimensional fish with extended fins and swayed tailfin.
It has clear faceted rhinestones along the surface of the body and on a few areas on the tailfin, a red rhinestone for the eye, measures approximately 2&1/4 inches wide at its widest point by 2&1/2 inches high, and weighs 24.0 grams.
