Vintage 50s Barbizon Seraphim White Batiste Nightgown Lingerie S – Deadstock w/ Tag

A luxurious white nightgown in a silky batiste makes up this vintage deadstock lingerie by Barbizon, from their Seraphim line of fabrics, 1950s.

The Grecian style gown, which has never been worn and still has its original care tag, consists of an acetate and rayon blend – and features a scooped neckline with pleated bib style lace collar which covers the top of the shoulders as well.

It also has a peek-a-boo lace band across the midriff, attached side ties for tying in back, and softly gathered bodice and skirt.

There is an embroidered label for “Barbizon”, “Seraphim”, “Acetate & Rayon”, and “A Barbizon-Woven Fabric”, along with a size label for “10-12 Small”.

That attached care tag reads, “Here’s how to launder your dress-sized Barbizon Lingerie”, on the cover, with instructions within, and sizing chart in back.

Very good “like new” condition – vibrant and intact.
