Vintage 70s Laurel Burch Leopard Cheetah Cat Earrings Sterling Silver Cloisonne Drops

Whimsical yet scarce, is this fun vintage pair of Laurel Burch earrings featuring puffy little leopard, cheetah, or cat faces with cloisonne enamel, from her early days of jewelry making in the 1970s.

The swingy drops consist of sterling silver with a gold vermeil, and cloisonne enameling in colors of mauve, goldenrod, caramel, turquoise and pink, and hang from sterling shepherd’s hook ear wires.

They also have an openback design and some tarnish, which I have left ‘as is’ to preserve the vermeil, and measure approximately 5/8 of an inch in size.

The earrings in their entirety, hang approximately 15/16 of an inch in length, weigh 4.0 grams combined, and are marked “Silver”.
