Sparkling hematite style rhinestones are featured on this vintage starfish cocktail brooch by Weiss, circa late 50s, early 60s.
The five-pointed starfish consists of silvertoned metal, set with faceted stones of simulated hematite, which have a metallic silver-gray appearance and mirror like finish.
It measures approximately 2&1/2 inches in size, weighs 23.3 grams, and is signed “©Weiss” in raised lettering.
