Vintage 90s Black Velvet Dress Cocktail Gown M / L
A sleek look and plush black velvet defines this vintage midi to ankle length dress or cocktail gown, versatile enough as either day or eveningwear, circa 1990s.
The elegant dress consists of a mid-weight black velvet, and features sleeves with snap button cuffs, interior shoulder pads, standing pleated surplice collar, and softly pleated skirt with hidden side pockets.
It also has self covered buttons at the back of the neck as shown, zippered back, and single label for "Dry Clean" and size “10”.
