So fluid and ethereal in appearance is this antique Art Nouveau sterling silver pendant medallion featuring a woman, fairy, or wood nymph, with flowing hair in the style of Alphonse Mucha, circa late 1800s.

The vintage Belle Époque pendant is of the period and consists of unmarked sterling silver – and has a circular shape with raised figural relief upon a foliate background with flowers, leaves, and curling ribbons and tendrils.

It has a fixed bail and measures approximately 1 inch in size (excluding bail), and weighs 6.8 grams.
