Vintage 50s Matisse Renoir Nefertiti Collar Copper Enamel Necklace

A fringe of ellipse shaped copper ovals with speckled white enameling, makes up this vintage Nefertiti collar by Matisse Renoir, circa 1950s.

The modernist Egyptian Revival style necklace is unmarked, but identified by its hanging fob as shown – and consists of elongated ovals glazed with speckled white enamel and connecting copper links.

The collar necklace is also articulated, flexing with movement, and measures approximately 1&1/4 inches wide at its widest point, by up to 18 inches in length – allowing another 1&1/2 inches for closure.

It has an extended chain with distinct Matisse Renoir tear drop fob and J hook closure, and weighs 76.8 grams total.
