Tiny dots of pink, blue, olive green and white are daintily painted on this vintage and individually knotted strand of Chinese export beads with silver filigree clasp, circa 1940s.
The elegant Art Deco polka dot style necklace consists of black hand painted ceramic porcelain beads, measuring approximately 12 mm in size – each individually knotted on silk cording and featuring an unmarked oval shaped silver filigree tongue in groove clasp with gold gilding.
The necklace measures approximately 24 inches in length (with clasp), and weighs 75.9 grams.
